“Do both of the remote handset chargers have to be connected to the phone line in order for those units to work, or does just the base unit have to be connected to the phone line?”

• Thank you for reaching out! The charging cradles only need to be plugged into an outlet. Only the base unit has to be connected to a telephone line.

• Once the main phone is plug in to the phone jack and phone and plug in the AC adaptor...the others will work when they are all plug in.
