“I have two questions: 1) Can you raise the volume on this phone? Because of hearing loss I need one where raising the volume is possible. 2) Is this phone easy to install? I need a phone that is simple to handle.”

Volume doe not get very loud
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this model phone solely because I needed to be hands free while working/multi-tasking. My business is a metal fabrication workshop so, the ringer is quite loud that I can hear it ringing. Also, one of the three handsets offers an AUDIO JACK to plug in a headset which i wear over my head which allows me to HEAR CLEARLY and speak directly into a microphone rather than physically holding the phone up to my ear. YES, THE VOLUME CAN BE INCREASED on any of the three handsets. It works BEST while using the additional audio headset. The headset was an separate purchase (only $12) generic brand (not Panasonic). I am VERY HAPPY to hear my customers while working in a noisy shop.
