- Answer Hi, Margaret! The phone has the Talking Caller ID feature, which lets you know who is calling without looking at the display. To use this feature, you must: subscribe to a Caller ID service of your phone service provider and turn this feature on. Also, it does have a lighted handset keypad, which is amber. -C

- Answer Hi, Sara! If the caller is not added to the Phonebook, you will see their phone number while making the call, but if the caller is added to the Phonebook, you will see their caller ID information. Hope this helps! -C

- Answer The model shown in the picture is one I just bought. The phones and charger stands are white and rose gold as shown, but the cords are gray/silver gray, and the electrical plug is black. I can't compare the sound quality as I've never owned another Panasonic product, but in general I think the sound is quite good and sufficiently adjustable to the individual.

- Answer I looked through the manual's "Warnings and "Cautions" section and didn't see one. it does say that "No RoHS-specified Chemical substances used" on the bottom of the box if that's also a concern.
