“Does this phone have a flashing ringer or missed call light on the top of the handset?”

• Hello, Robert! When new messages have been recorded, the message indicator on the base unit flashes. If a call is not answered, the unit treats it as a missed call. The display shows “Missed call”. Hope this helps! -C

• no. It is on the base component. This is my third Panasonic phone set and it is my favorite. Easy to use and the functions are logical.
