“Can you turn off the Verbal caller ID.? Do people calling you that are not in your phonebook have to use an access code? or can you just manually Block when a call is coming through Too many numbers to have to think of to put in the phonebook”

Hello and thank you for your question! You can turn off the Verbal Caller ID by pressing the Menu button, then the # key and entering 162. Then select the Off option and press Save. Please note that this needs to be set on each handset individually. If you are using the Automated Call Block feature, then callers not in your phonebook will have to enter the access number. If you wish to manually block calls as they come on, you can do so after turning off the Automated Call Block. We hope this information will be useful! - S
