“Is it possi8ble to add names and numbers to my phone list using the keypad on the primary base? Or will I have to use the handset? Better yet, is there a new cordless phone out there that I can dictate all of the names and numbers on my contact list?”

I believe the only way to add numbers is through the handset. Good Luck on finding a cordless phone you can update through dictation
