• My set of three phones included three belt clips that snap into the tiny holes on each side of each phone about an inch or so from the top. I don't need or use them so I can't speak to how they work but they were included with the system.

• it comes with a plastic hanging device that can be attached to the phone that I suppose could hang from a belt. I never use it, so I can't say if it really works. There is nothing on the phone itself that could be attached to a belt. Sorry, I can't give a definitive answer.
