A recording comes on telling the caller to dial a 1 to connect the call. A robo caller can’t do that so therefore you don’t receive the call. We used to get many calls per day. Now we get one or two and they are people we want to talk to. It takes about 20 seconds to turn call block on or off. I would highly recommend this phone set.

Unless more specifically asked.....The only access code I can think of that you may be referring to is the answering machine ? In that case the incoming caller would only have the code if you gave it to them.
