I was able to figure out the solution. After seeing the first 2 ringtones, I simply needed to hit the down arrow portion of the touch key, and 2 more ringtones would have appeared. Each time you hit the down arrow part of the touch key, 2 new ringtones appear. In the end, there are 15 ringtones, as promised.
