“I had an older Panasonic Cordless phone with two additional for years. The speaker volume was much louder AND the back of these phones CONSTANTLY slides off of my shoulder. The other older model most definitely did not. ANY SUGGESTIONS?”

Had an older Panasonic Cordless model phone also with no difference in speaker volume. I did not like the back of ether phone because of the shape (both would slid off of my should), only thing I would know is to get a pad to stick to the back of the phone

The performance of it depends on usage.The speaker may need cleaning from time to time because there might be dust or dirt stuck in there.The back of the phone might be sliding because the unit is outworn, you could replace the back of it.
