A:AnswerHi! If the call has no phone number, the call is blocked but it is not stored in the call block list. The call block feature is not available for intercom calls or calls received by call waiting. You can press the [CALL BLOCK] button in the following situations to disconnect the current call and add a phone number to the call block list: when an incoming call is being received, when an incoming call is being recorded by the answering system and when talking on an outside call. We would kindly encourage you to check if the number is blocked by pressing the CALL BLOCK button on a handset, then choose Block a single number and check if the number is there. If the number is there, please select it and choose Erase, then press Yes, press SELECT again and then, the OFF button. If you require further assistance, please contact the Support Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST. -C
