A:AnswerNot happy with phone. There is a echo in phone when I answer that can be heard by person calling me. Lot of static in connection. Since we are in quarantine I’m unable to take back to store. I would like to return and get full credit.

A:AnswerThank you for your question.
The optional headsets are KX-TCA93, KX-TCA430.
As we don't sell directly you will have to choose and search one of the above.
Please see a list of Panasonic dealers:

A:AnswerThank you for your question.
The phone has RJ11C jack for single line ( landline) cable.
Also a 2,5 mm jack for Panasonic headset. You can opt between KX-TCA93, KX-TCA430 .
A:AnswerIt comes with 5 handsets (including the one on the base unit). It will handle 1 additional handset (KX-TGFA71). The problem is finding one of those handsets to purchase. I recently found one on eBay, but there was only seller. Search eBay by that Panasonic model number. Best Buy does not have them and can't get them. Panasonic no longer sells directly to the public, and its regular online outlet does not have them and can't get them. I did not find any on Amazon.
