Kindly be informed that the unit has the Flash option, which allows you to use the special features of your host PBX such as transferring an extension call, or accessing optional telephone services. Also, the phonebook capacity for this model is 3000 numbers.

QuestionDoes the KX-TGF775S allow texting, both sending and receiving? Does this same model have reduced interference capabilities built-in against nearby devices/electronics? Another answer for this model - does not have HD sound quality, what does that mean?

- Answer Thank you for reaching out to us! This model is able to receive text message alerts, however you cannot reply to those using the Panasonic phone. This feature alerts you on your DECT phone when your paired cellular phone receives SMS messages. The availability of this feature also depends on your smartphone. In regards to the interfaces, kindly take note that the base unit uses radio waves to communicate with the handsets. Coverage and voice quality depends on the local environmental conditions. We do not recommend installing the base unit close to other devices or facing windows.

- Answer Panasonic sells 5 phone sets & are expandable to six as a separate purchase - the 6th phone is not sold in stores. You have to purchase that one online & link it to your 5-set system.

- Answer You can expand your phone system by registering optional handsets (6 max.) to a single base unit. The compatible one with your unit is KX-TGFA71.

QuestionCan not get the answering system on the base to answer messages. My old message from my old phone system comes on but the new phone does not record messages .I tried to set the VM code but still no luck. I just bought the newKW-TG985 set .

Questionxlnt product,,, when a phone battery dies,,, a LOUD recording announces that the phone is about to DIE... Too bad 2 of the 4 charging stands have NEVER worked..... leaves me with sad review of this product.
