Ringer doesn't work null

Hello! It's possible that the ringer on your handset is turned off. To verify, check for a symbol resembling a bell with a line through it on the handset's screen. To deactivate it, press and hold the 0 (zero) key and observe if the symbol disappears. Alternatively, you can adjust the ringer volume to reactivate it. Begin by pressing MENU, then the # key, followed by 160. Next, repeatedly press the arrow up until you reach the desired volume level, and finally, press SAVE. -M

The ringer works but can't get the volume to come down and not be so loud.
