“Can the Key Tone feature be turned "OFF" on the Base unit? I successfully turned "OFF" the Key Tone option for my handsets but the Base unit does not have the menu selector option and does not accept the #165 code for this feature.”

• Hello! You can only turn off the key tone on the handsets with MENU #165. -C

• Not sure what you mean by "key tone", but you can turn the volume down all the way on the base.
