• I don't think you can. Suggest calling Panasonic to confirm. I transferred my phone book via Bluetooth from my cell phone.

• Hi Janet. The phonebook from your old Panasonic base cannot be transferred to this new one, however, you can transfer the phonebook from your cell phone, as this model has Bluetooth. -A
