• Hello! In order for the Bluetooth to be connected and the LinktoCell feature to work properly, for best performance, we recommend placing the cellular phone between 0.6 m to 3 m (2 feet to 10 feet) away from the base unit. If the cellphone will be farther than 33 feet, the Bluetooth signal will no longer be received by the base unit. -G
