• Hi! We are not exactly sure what you are referring to by ''internet phone''. If you mean your cell phone, yes, you can pair it to the base and use it as an extension. -A

• Yes you can, you can connect up to 2 cell phones. I have one connected and the only thing I didn't like was it was picking up text messages to, but you can shut that option off. Works great. Just fyi call cell calls will show up on the phone as called received or missed. You may or may not like that.
