“Hi, the incoming calls drop on the first ring & some numbers show up at "blocked " on the caller id, including my cell. My # is in the phone book but it still comes up as blocked & the call drops. How do I fix this?”

We would kindly recommend you to check the blocked numbers and erase any numbers that were blocked by mistake. Please enter CALLBLOCK > block a single number > SELECT > press the arrow that goes down (CID) and go through the numbers until you find the one you want to unblock > erase.
