“Just got this phone yesterday 2 questions Set the clock yesterday and today is has lost 3 min. thats not right. 2 I can hardly hear the person leaving a message I tried to adjust the volume on the base but all it does is increase the ring tone. Waiting”

Mike, there's a volume control button located on the side of the phone.... also, if you're using it on speaker, the red button next to call"Call Block" will kick up the volume.
