• I just bought this phone about a month ago and I don't have to dial a number/enter a code to listen to my messages.

• The KX-TGD530 comes with a builtin Answering machine that can be used to capture the messages. But if you are referring to the Voicemail which is a service provided by your telephone provider, then You can store the phone number used to access your voicemail service to retrieve the messages.
