I have GREAT news! Yes, Best Buy purchasers are eligible! Contact Panasonic at 1-800-211-7262. They asked That I provide a photo of my camera’s serial number and copy of receipt and they emailed me a code! This camera is awesome and glad I finally got my Log Upgrade! Makes an already awesome camera even better!!

Still have not received confirmation from Panasonic of registering my camera and yet to get my Log upgrade or any notification from Best Buy about the free upgrade. Researching message boards it sounds like Panasonic sent the keys to the resellers who then send them to the purchasers. The information from Panasonic says this offer is valid when the camera is purchased through any authorized dealer, which Best Buy is. I will update when I hear more.
