- Answer I have GREAT news! Yes, Best Buy purchasers are eligible! Contact Panasonic at 1-800-211-7262. They asked That I provide a photo of my camera’s serial number and copy of receipt and they emailed me a code! This camera is awesome and glad I finally got my Log Upgrade! Makes an already awesome camera even better!!
