No, of course not. The Best Buy business does not include a used goods department. It takes some expertise to have such a department and avoid being scammed and you can't really succeed at that having so many stores. You'd be better off selling your equipment privately. If you sell it to a business, they'll need to offer you less so they could make a profit when selling it. If you can't do better than a non-skilled job, you should be able to get a part-time job (as a second source of income) working only 20 hours per week at a wage of at least $15/hr. Estimating that you could save 70% of the gross pay, it would take only 10 weeks of work to make enough to purchase this camera, after which you could quit the job.
