How do you know when the trimmer is fully charged? null

My Panasonic trimmer is not charging when I plug in the trimmer LED shows low Red light why anyone have an Idea... please inform

You don't. You leave it on the charger over night for 8 to 10 hours . You won't need to charge it again for a while.

Thank you for reaching out! The charge indicator lamp continues to glow after charging is complete. There is no indication to show that “charging is complete”.

After opening I charged it for 8 hours
