Hello! In order to enjoy BD-Video with Dolby Atmos or DTS:X support, you need to connect this unit to an AV amplifier or similar device using an HDMI cable. Then, you should select the following settings: Dolby Audio: "Bitstream", DTS/DTS-HD: "Bitstream", and BD-Video Secondary Audio: "Off". If you have a soundbar surround system that supports Dolby Atmos, you will not need an AV receiver to enjoy Dolby Atmos. Just make sure that your connections and settings are configured correctly to pass the Dolby Atmos signal from your source to your soundbar. -C
