Does this player play regular DVDs? null

This is a 4K/3D/Blu-ray/DVD player. It will play 99% of DVDs. If you have an old DVD/vhs or just DVD player and have a lot of older movies, I recommend keeping the old player. There have been so many transfer techniques used to create DVD’s that sometimes a DVD will play on an old player but not a new one. You might be amazed at how beautiful some well-created DVDs will look on this player- the picture quality is outstanding.
