If it is just certain Blu-Rays or DVDs then I would suggest tinkering with your tvs Noise Reduction or Gradiation settings.

I have not encountered any Flickering or Jittering at all on my Panasonic 4k player. Are the HDMI cables tight in their connection or maybe loose ?
Or does every DVD play like this or are some smooth or (normal) during playback ?
