“how do I cancel my subscription? I have not activated my subscription either.”

This question is for: Pandora - Premium Music, 1-Month Subscription starting at purchase, Auto-renews at $9.99 per month [Digital]

Call them and ensure they cancelled it. You should receive an email with 24-48 hours regarding your cancellation. If not the membership will automatically charge you monthly. I didn't activate the free subscription and it still charged me. They say they can't refund your money.

I have the same problem they took money for something I didn't use contact the better business bureau they will help get your money back

Just go to your Profile icon, click on Settings and then Subscription. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed through Apple Pay, you need to open the Settings on you ios device and click on your name. Then go to Subscriptions and find Pandora from the list.From the details page, click Cancel Subscription. If you want to keep your playlists after cancellation, you can use ViWizard Pandora Music Converter to download them to you computer. Hope this helps.
