When you have the front and rear cameras you can toggle the display on the screen of the front camera to either show you the view from the front forward facing camera, the rear facing camera, a mix of both with the front view taking up most of the screen and a small corner for the rear view or off (no display).

We recommend lining the cable along the top of the vehicle's door framing, going along the top of the vehicle will give you more length rather than lining along the bottom.
