A:AnswerIm used to windows/microsoft programs but wanted to have a portable device to travel for work so I bought a mac mini for my work and needed this in order to run my software for work on my mac as it didn't allow ios to download the software. I bought the geek squad yearly yearly support plan for $200 that covers 10 devices and had them do it for me but they called and needed me to separately purchase windows 10 still because I guess it wasn't included with parallel (like I thought it was) so I needed to set up my user account with parallel software they installed it using the key that comes with it and the windows 10 software key as well now it runs great even though I'm stillgetting used to the ios applications.
