• It has a "digital gimbal" , you can look up/down/left/right with the sky controller, I don't know if the smartphone app allows that feature, the 4 way lens adjustment is on the sky controller ..

• The camera is not on a gimbal. That being said, you can adjust the camera vertically a little bit without altering the flight of the drone. Overall, it's a fish eye lens that covers a good range of view. The only limitation is that you can't film straight down during take-off or touch down.
