Yes it does. you can customize the color if you download the app for it.

Yes it does. There is lighting effects you choose then you can customize the specific colors and speeds and all sorts of stuff.

When I first hooked my new mouse up, I was impressed by the lights which are installed and visible through the back side. however they do not change color as far as I have determined but that is not the reason nor a reason to not like the mouse. I trade for a living and I need a dependable corded mouse and this one works very well for that. I could care less that it has lights inside its body. By the way, even if the lights changed color you would not be able to see that if you are actually using it because the lights are located right where your hand is holding on to it. Hope that helps.
