Does the monitor have a built in webcam? null

Yes, this monitor has a web camera.

No - this monitor does NOT have a webcam. I am currently using the HP VH420a monitor lol. Anyone saying that it does isn't looking at the right model. I had to purchase an external webcam to hook up to my PC which is fine and it works for my streaming.

Yes it does and it works great.

No - there is no webcam on this computer ( not that I have seen ). What I dislike about this particular model is that the ports are on the bottom of this computer and they are hard to access. My prior HP Pavilion has access on the sides.
