• It is not needed, only made available should you need to disassemble the computer in the future.

• It is used to remove the screws that connect the pc to the base.

• Sorry I can't help, but it's an Allen wrench and I don't know where it goes. I could not see anywhere you would need to remove, or tighten, an Allen screw. Strange. I just put in in the drawer just in case.
