Update - I was able to follow the troubleshoot procedure to install a generic driver. It stoped working after a Windows update. Keep trying the troubleshoot to fix!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.did you connect external speakers? When i initially set mine up, I was using the internal speakers. However, i connected external speakers through the headphone/microphone jack and it works fine. Check your settings to ensure all settings are good
