Did you finish setting it up?? Did you go through all the steps? Did you register it, sync it to your phone? Ask Cortana to “finish setting up”!!

Please try again later.I have not experienced this exact problem; however, I am on my second HP computrt (same model) because the first one constantly gave me different error codes which HP tech support couldn't correct. The suggested I contact an "outside" tech support company but I would have t pay for this help. I had the computer for 12 days and still under warranty. The HP tech must have thought I was mentally unstable to suggest I pay for warranty work. I may be 77 but I think I am smarter than the HP tech. Best Buy was gracious enough to let me exchange computers being the time limit (14 days) had not expired. Hopefully, the person with his/her stated problem can get the corrective service they deserve! If I didn't stay with HP (roll the dice) I would consider a Dell and or Samsung!
