Can this computer run AutoCad 2018? null

No, does not reconigze my phone (s8) when trying to charge thru it and only charges when I have the laptop closed and having difficulty with my built in wifi adapter detected by my dual boot os Ubuntu.

No, you will need a faster processor to run that program adequately, and preferably more RAM as well.
