Q: QuestionDoes the netflix app on the Dynex, feature CC (Closed Captioning) ?I can't seem to find a way to turn on the the captioning for any moive on netflix (on the dynex) even though I know I can for some movies on the the computer.

• A:Answer To sign out of the app altogether, select deactivate Netflix in the Settings Menu. The next time you launch the app, you'll have to reactive as if for the first time.

Q: QuestionWhy won't MP4 files play off usb?I have a working usb stick with a few MP4 files converted with Aieesoft blu ray converter. The files play perfectly on pc and ps3 but won't play on the DX-WRBDVD1-CA upstairs. Dragging my pc and ps3 upstairs every time my family wants to watch a movie is stupid and pointless, thats why I got this player in the first place.

Q: Questionwhy does my player keep blacking out since the firmware upgraded itself last weekI bought the player mid december and I liked it. In January it said it was updating its firmware over the wifi and since then it blacks out every minute or two for upto 3 seconds at a time and thats annoying. How do I fix this?
