Not sure if you can pair these to multiple user accounts, but your account can be used on multiple devices just fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Easiest and quickest way to do it is to use the Alexa enabled skill for the lights, then anyone can use them in the house. But yes, you can set up multiple users so that they can be used independently by other app users.
