• The plate is a 2x2 plate that fits all arcs-Swiss type tripod mounts. It also fits any manfrotto with RC-2 receiving plate. Here’s a link to an article about what tripods it fits. https://support.peakdesign.com/hc/en-us/articles/201291333-Using-Peak-Design-Plates-in-3rd-Party-Tripods

• No there is another plate u need that fits in the holder and the tripod the one that comes with this one only fits on the holder

• 1.75x1.75 inches. It will fit the tripod if it is arca-Swiss compatible.

• The plate is 1.75x1.75 inches. As long as your tripod head is arca-Swiss compatible you should be able to attach the plate to it.
