Will this pack fit under the seat on an airplane? null

Different airplanes and seat configurations have different under-seat dimensions. Some planes for safaris are very small, even like a Cessna. Different airlines have different policies on carry-ons. I’d guess this would have to go in the overhead bin of many airplanes due to dimensions of the Backpack.
