Inspect the back of the tv and look for the threaded bushings that were installed by the Mfg they should line up with four holes on the mount, the hardware is provided with the mount , they also have supplied spacers which are optional but I recommend using them. The instructions provided while brief are accurate and tell you how to attach the mount to almost any surface, cinder block, dry wall etc. It took me about 20-25 minutes from start to finish.
