If by deluxe edition, you mean the phantom thieves edition, then no. It's a limited edition so pre-ordering was your only chance. Keep a close eye on the website though, as best buy has seen a handfull of restocks in the past week due to cancellations or cards declining, but they've all sold out pretty fast.
