I bought it from Best Buy’s website. It was factory sealed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got mine from the website, shipped to the store and was brand new factory sealed. I got it for 19.99. If I'm not mistaken best buy would tell you in the description if it's used. Hope the helps. JAG.
