• You will always know if a steelbook is still included by the text underneath the price. It will say "Free SteelBook case! A $##.## value". In this case, it still shows it so you should get it if you order even after it has released. FYI for the future.

• How soon after release did you get it? I believe it was until your store ran out of stock. I picked up mine same day or day after, no preorder, and was able to get one.
