• A:Answer Hello, when the tag is linked to the app and the pet wears the tag to drink from the fountain, the action will be recorded as a drinking event. However, this has no relation to how water is dispensed. If the fountain does not detect the pet’s collar tag, it will not affect the actual water output — the dispensing function is controlled solely by the app.

Q: QuestionThis is a gift for a one pet owner. I looked at the other options, but this one has a splash guard. Can a splash guard be order for the other Pet Libro?

• A:Answer Hello, the splash guard is specifically designed for this model to prevent spills and to stop other pets from drinking the water(It only allows the pet wearing the Collar to drink the water). Unfortunately, it’s not available for other products at this time. Thanks!
