• A:Answer This feeder needs wifi and needs to be plugged into the power outlet for the initial setup.Once the feeder is set up, it will continue dispensing food even if the Wi-Fi is temporarily disconnected. You can also manually feed your pet by pressing the feed button on the machine. Feeding records will sync with the app when wifi is restored, but only if the feeder automatically reconnects.

Q: QuestionCan this unit disperse different foods in each (respective) bowl? For example, one bowl dog food and the other cat food? Can they be set to alternate feed times - for example, left bowl on M+W+F and the right bowl on Tu+Th+Sa?

• A:Answer No, only kibble with a diameter of 2–15 mm (0.07–0.6 in) and same type of food can be used. The feeder cannot dispense different types of food at the same time.
