“Is the Battery replaceable, or is the whole thing just disposable?”

The battery is not replaceable, the compartment is sealed with no access for repairs, the company also does not offer help they tell you to simply return or dispose of the entire scooter, this is a major issue with this scooter I have one collecting dust since it had a battery issue right out of the box and there is no fix so they refunded me and told me to toss the whole scooter that speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers and business overall.
