Amps x volts = watts 15 amp fuse x 120 = 1800

Number three I didn’t burn myself on it; Nor would you worry if someone walked up and just accidentally touched it. They won’t get burned By the exterior being hot or steam coming out of it. It’s very efficient. Honestly I’ve never had to use a setting above 350 degrees. Wait til U make fried chicken wings with no oil at all! Delicious!!!! This unit is also ranked #1 with Chefs. I also make pizza in 7-11 minutes with no warm up time ever! (Time depending on type)
